Established in 2025, the Corporate Sustainability Committee is responsible for formulating the company’s sustainability strategy and vision, with the aim of strengthening corporate governance, protecting the environment, and fulfilling social responsibilities. The committee is chaired by Independent Director Mr. Chyan Yang and adheres to the principle of sustainable development as its highest guiding standard. Regular annual meetings are held to review the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, and the results are reported to the Board of Directors.
Under the Sustainability Promotion Task Force, four working groups have been established:
The Committee has established four units for sustainable development: the Corporate Governance Division, Social and Corporate Care Division, Environmental Sustainability Division, and Sustainable Supply Chain Division. The General Manager serves as the Project Committee Convener and appoints a Project Leader along with Team Leaders for each implementation team. The Project Leader is responsible for coordinating and integrating the work of all teams.
In alignment with the corporate sustainability strategy, each division sets its own sustainability performance indicators in accordance with its designated roles and responsibilities. The Sustainable Development Committee convenes annually to evaluate past performance, review progress against these indicators, and discuss future objectives and implementation plans.
